Accessibility declaration
Statistical Office in Rzeszów undertakes to ensure the accessibility of its website in accordance with the provisions of the Law of April 4, 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities.

Inaccessible elements and content
- Some elements of the website do not meet the contrast requirements. The site has alternative contrast versions.
- The site has tables that present data without titles and summaries. The tables do not meet accessibility requirements.
- Forms lack full keyboard support. Fields in forms are not properly tagged.
- Sub-pages with aligned text occur.
- Some of the published infographics do not have a correct alternative description.
- Some of the published images do not have an alternative description, but they are not used for current tasks.
- Some of the files provided are not digitally accessible:
No logical structure in the document;
Incorrect text fragments, through which the natural language for the text object cannot be determined;
Lack of correct document title;
Lack of content marking with appropriate tags;
Blank spaces without content, making it difficult for page readers to read the content;
Document properties lack titles or contain incorrect titles.
Date of preparation of the declaration: 2026-06-30. The declaration was prepared on the basis of a self-assessment conducted by a public entity.

Everyone has the right to request that the digital accessibility of a website, mobile application or some element thereof be ensured. You may also request that the information be made accessible by an alternative means of access, for example by reading a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a film without an audio description, etc.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, we will inform you immediately. We will also let you know when it will be possible to comply with the request, which must be no more than 2 months from the date of the request. If it is not possible to provide digital accessibility, we will offer an alternative means of accessing the information.
If a request for accessibility or an alternative way of accessing the information is refused, he applicant has the right to complain to the Statistics Poland about the digital accessibility of the website, the mobile application or an element thereof.
After exhausting the procedure indicated above, there is a right to lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman.
