Statistical Office in Rzeszów, ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 10, 35-959 Rzeszów

1. There is one main entrance to the building from ul. Sobieskiego 10 and a second entrance from the courtyard. The building is adapted to meet the needs of people with disabilities. Wide walkways, an accessible toilet, elevator access between the 5 floors, and access to the building via an external stair lift are provided.
2. Stairs lead from the outside to the main lobby. The approach to the building is paved and features lowered curbs.
3. The reception is located to the right of the main entrance. Further passage is secured by gates.
4. The Statistical Office building is largely adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. On the ground floor, to the left of the entrance, there is a customer service area accessible through a door. A toilet for people with disabilities is located on the first floor of the main lobby, to the left of the entrance.
5. A parking space for people with disabilities is designated in front of the building. The building does not have Braille signage, high-contrast markings, or large-print signage for blind and visually impaired people.
6. The building has no thresholds that would hinder wheelchair access and is equipped with doors of sufficient width leading to the various floors of the office, allowing people with disabilities to move about freely.
7. During a visit to the Office, you may request the assistance of a Polish Sign Language (PJM) interpreter. You must notify the Office of your intention to use this service at least 3 business days before your scheduled visit. 8. The services of a sign language interpreter are free of charge for eligible individuals.

Statistical Office in Rzeszów, ul. Piłsudskiego 38, 35-959 Rzeszów
The building is not owned by the Office (it is used under a loan agreement).

1. The building is partially accessible to people with disabilities, featuring ramps, wide hallways, and an elevator.
2. There is one main entrance to the building, located at ul. Piłsudskiego 38. A designated parking space for people with disabilities is available in front of the building. Stairs lead from the outside to the main lobby; a wheelchair ramp is provided to the right of the stairs. The access path to the building is paved.
3. The reception desk is located to the left of the main entrance. 
4. The building entrance and hallways are sufficiently wide and free of thresholds. The branch offices can be accessed from the ground floor via one of the passenger elevators, which can accommodate a wheelchair but are not equipped with sliding doors.

Statistical Office in Rzeszów, Przemyśl Branch, ul. Katedralna 5, 37-700 Przemyśl

1. There is one main entrance to the building from ul. Katedralna. The building consists of four floors, three of which are above ground. Access to the building is via two paved paths that begin at a curb, which acts as a barrier for people with disabilities. The building lacks accessible toilets for people with disabilities.
2. There is no reception desk in the building. Visitors are received in the REGON office, located on the 2nd floor, to the left of the staircase (room no. 30).
3. The building of the Statistical Office in Rzeszów, Przemyśl Branch, is not adapted to the needs of people with mobility impairments (stairs, no elevator) or for people who are blind or visually impaired (the building lacks Braille signage, as well as high-contrast or large-print signage).
4. There is one parking space for people with disabilities in front of the building (available to all visitors to the offices in the building, including PUP, US and others).

Statistical Office in Rzeszów, Tarnobrzeg Branch, ul. Wyspiańskiego 12, 39-400 Tarnobrzeg

1. The building is not fully accessible to people with disabilities. It is not possible to move between floors (no elevator). However, toilets adapted for people with disabilities are available.
2. There is a single main entrance to the building from the sidewalk along ul. Stanisława Wyspiańskiego. The building has five floors, one of which is managed by the Statistical Office. There is no reception desk in the building; visitors are received in the REGON service office, located on the second floor (room no. 34).
3. The building of the Statistical Office in Rzeszów, Tarnobrzeg Branch, is not adapted to the needs of people with mobility impairments (stairs, no elevator) or for blind and visually impaired people (the building lacks Braille signage, high-contrast markings, or large-print signage).
4. There are no designated parking spaces for people with disabilities in front of the building.
