From 3 June 2026, the Central Statistical Office will launch the next round of its survey on enterprise groups using the GP form.

Publication includes major indicators and time series on the socio-economic characteristics of situation of the voivodship with respect to, among others, labour market, salaries, prices, finances, agriculture, industry and construction, tourism and trade.

Our services
Official statistics guarantees equal, indiscriminatory and simultaneous access to statistical data for all users.
- The individual and personal data, collected and gathered in the statistical surveys of official statistics, are subject to particular protection. They are covered by the statistical confidentiality principle – and as such they cannot be disseminated or published. They shall be used exclusively for statistical calculations, compilations and analyses, and by statistical services in preparation of sampling frames for statistical surveys.
- Also aggregated data shall not be published or disseminated if it could be linked to or identify natural persons or business entities. This means that data concerning economic activity of business entities cannot be disseminated, if the aggregated data consist of less than three entities or the share of one entity in the compilation is higher than the three-fourths of the total.
- Orders for unpublished data and information from official registers are fulfilled on commission. The basis for calculating the cost of elaboration and dissemination of the data is the current „Pricelist of the services of the official statistics”
SCOPE AND FORM OF DISSEMINATION OF STATISTICAL INFORMATION
The scope and form of dissemination of statistical information is specified in the programme of statistical surveys of official statistics passed by the Council of Ministers each year.
Aggregations of statistical data not included in the programme of statistical surveys of official statistics may be conducted (under statistical confidentiality) upon individual request (observing statistical confidentiality), subject to a charge.
Information is disseminated in the following forms:
- published volumes (information, publications)
- press releases and communiqués in the mass media
- direct customer service, post, telephone and electronic means
- data requests prepared on commission
- information published in the Internet

As part of the specialisation of the Statistical Office in Warsaw, statistical surveys concerning the activity of non‑financial enterprises are conducted using the following forms: F‑01/I‑01, GP, KZZ, SP and SR. The basic organisational and methodological assumptions of these surveys are set out in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers on the Programme of Statistical Surveys of Official Statistics. According to this regulation, for all the above‑mentioned surveys, respondents submit data electronically using online forms available in the Reporting Portal.

The rules for entering, updating or deleting entities in the REGON register are set out in the provisions of the Act on Official Statistics (Journal of Laws 2021, item 955) and in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 30 November 2015 on the method and methodology of maintaining and updating the national official register of national economy entities, as well as the templates of applications, surveys and certificates (Journal of Laws 2015, item 2009, as amended).
Issuing certificates:
In accordance with Article 43(3) of the Act on Official Statistics, statistical offices issue certificates confirming the assigned REGON identification number upon request of an entity registered in REGON.
A sample request form for issuing a certificate is available.
Applications for issuing a certificate may be submitted: in person at the Office, by post, by e‑mail, or via the ePUAP platform.

Documents concerning the REGON register submitted in local branches are forwarded for processing to the headquarters of the Statistical Office in Warsaw. Branches are located in: Ciechanów, Ostrołęka, Płock, Radom, Siedlce.
